1. Take a Break and Unwind
First things first, give yourself permission to relax. You've worked incredibly hard, and you deserve a break. Whether it鈥檚 binge-watching your favourite series, going for a walk, or catching up with friends, doing something you enjoy can help take your mind off the stress. Remember, it鈥檚 okay to take time for yourself.
2. Stay Active
