Linlan works closely with the industry. Prior to joining academia, he served as a partner and the director of international business at Chungrui Tax Group (Hangzhou), a Nexia International member responsible for global expansion strategy and the R&D of Smart Tax Systems for Chinese SMEs. He has undertaken private and public consultation projects in China on people development, digitalization, international marketing and business development since 2015.
