Rachel Mason
Rachel Mason has spent 13 years in Higher Education, teaching with a focus on Leadership, HR, Personal Development and Employability at both UG and PG levels.听As a Senior Lecturer,听her main responsibilities were engagement and the student experience across the Business School.听
Rachel previously听spent a number of years in retail management, carrying out industry updating and being in regular contact with employers; it is a key aim to bring what鈥檚 being taught in the classroom to life.听Her main passion is for teaching and being aspirational for students, in terms of achieving individual potential and being 鈥榖usiness ready graduates鈥�.听
