Roll call! Stage Management students making their mark

Beauty and the Beast Stafford

From 鈥楴utcracker鈥 and 鈥楢laddin鈥, to 鈥楻obin Hood鈥 and 鈥楤eauty and the Beast鈥, Stage Management students and graduates are spreading their Christmas magic at theatres across the region this winter.

Third-year students Laura Garfitt, Samuel Russell and Katie Sylvester worked on 探花直播 Royal Ballet鈥檚 鈥楴utcracker鈥, which finished last week, along with graduates Abbie Morgan and Jordan Oliver.

At 探花直播 Repertory Theatre, graduate Emily Davies is Assistant Stage Manager (Book Cover), Ryker Young is Sound and Caption Operator, and Charlotte Molloy is Followspot on 鈥楾he Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe鈥.

Graduate Matthew Peyton is Lighting Operator for 鈥楾reasure Island鈥 at Telford Theatre, while over at Stafford Gatehouse, graduate Mike Groves is Production Manager for 鈥楤eauty and The Beast鈥, along with听graduate Jazmyne Evans. Second-year student Chloe Payne will be joining them soon.

Graduate Dean Hubbard is working on 鈥極ur Christmas Carol鈥 and 鈥楾he 12 Dates of Christmas鈥, as well as 鈥楥hristmas by Candlelight鈥 at the Old Joint Stock Theatre.

  • Third-year student Chlo Last is Deputy Stage Manager for 鈥楤eauty and the Beast鈥 at the Leas Cliff Hall in Folkestone.

BA (Hons) Stage Management Course Director Jacqui Findlay said: 鈥淲e are incredibly proud of our current students and graduates and wish them all the very best of luck with their productions.鈥
