In 2008聽Victoria graduated from the University of 探花直播 with a 2:1 in Biological Sciences. After a few years working in retail she聽started聽her PGCE in Primary Education at Newman University College (now Newman University). Graduating in 2012, she began聽her NQT year teaching Year 5 in a deprived area of 探花直播.聽She continued teaching Year 5 caretaking Science as a subject from聽her聽NQT year.

Maths, as a subject, was something聽she focused on in her聽CPD (continued professional development). As a result it is a subject she聽built higher skill in teaching. More recently she changed to supply teaching to get a broader experience teaching in different schools and primary age ranges. Teaching during the changes in curriculum and assessment raised a lot of questions with few answers leading聽her to pursue education academically and led to聽her current study at 探花直播 researching Assessment Without levels.
