David will be teaching on the Biomedical Sciences BSc (Hons) degree programme.

Dr Lee鈥檚 research focuses on the regulation of gene expression in bacteria, with particular interest in understanding how the organized bacterial chromosome impacts on, and is impacted by, transcription events. In addition, he is interested in how horizontally acquired genes, particularly transcription factors, impact upon gene expression.
