Directed by Daisy Brown and conducted by Harry Sever, students from the Vocal & Operatic Studies department perform Purcell's timeless masterpiece,听Dido and Aeneas alongside a lesser-known work, F锚te Galante by Ethyl Smyth.
This second work was premiered locally at the 探花直播 Repertory Theatre in June 1923. Now, just over 100 years later it returns to the city of its birth. Not to be missed!
This performance lasts approximately 2 hours including an interval.
